Aloha!

There's so much horror in the news lately. I'm not even going to get into it. I had to turn off NPR on my way home this morning and tune in to WikiWiki Wednesday... that's how bad things are getting.

Physically my body can't tolerate a lot of this stress. I'm feeling panicky and when I panic, I like to eat because eating is my way of coping. I did get my elliptical in this morning though. I'm going to go eat a hard-boiled egg.

No one is phoning at work.
Every thing's grinding to a standstill.
Go out and buy something and get this economy going again.
Dammit.

(I'll snap out of this soon!)

Don't forget to breathe....

No need to panic since everything is under control. There's a brand new stimulus package being put together in congress that is sure to fix everything. I just hope you can afford those eggs after it's passed.

I had to turn off NPR too, talking about terrorism in India - good times.

We went shopping for jigsaw puzzles today if that counts!

Hooray for ellipticals and hardboiled eggs. Neither are exciting but they're reliable ways to take care of food/fitness and you get to feel virtuous rather than guilty afterwards.

I'm with Melissa... turn on some nice music and don't forget to breathe!

ooh how do you like your elliptical? We bought some vodka last night, does that count? Economy stimulated?
