I don't seem to have much to say today though that does not keep me silent on an ordinary day.
I have a busy afternoon. I am going for physical therapy for the knee which stopped hurting. I've got to get the nails done. I'm going to pick up a salad for dinner. Then off to the cancer support group to see how people are coping and if they are coping. Then to Chris's house later tonight.
We had a brief, lovely reunion. I'm glad he's home. He seems to be glad to be home though he is right back into the schwing of things including work-related issues, bookkeeping issues, employee issues, daughter issues and health issues. Makes me appreciate my life that much more.
The picture is a view out my window. I'm only on the planet temporarily though it's worth every penny of my mortgage to be allowed this view each day.

OH, DEAREST Pod, I remember this view..knew it even before I read the words - serenity is there in the midst of your forest.
I love you, love your forest, love your posts. Thank you for being part of my life!
Lunch this arvo with Macca and Di who are boating into Brisbane from Japan today. Then they sail on down to Sydney.
They missed our wedding and are shouting us lunch now that they are back in Oz after another cruise of their lifetimes.
Glad the knee is better :-)
Here's to looking over your shoulder out that window. Thanks for paying the mortgage.
Wow - what a great view! Where the heck do you live?
Glad to hear the knee is better.
LOVE the view! :) We gave up our view to be closer to family. Regret it, some days! When I look at pictures of it I miss waking up and standing at the sliding glass door with my cuppa joe waiting for the sun to rise over our hill. Sometimes a hot air balloon would come up too. *sigh* It was a special kind of quiet and a great way to start the day!
The view out of your window is beautiful. Right now, I'm watching one of my neighbors not pick up her dog poop in the park across the street. Can't wait 'til the boys go out to play football later!
Hey, they interviewed the author of the Survivor's Club on NPR last week. There was something in there about keeping your car in OPTIMUM condition - and how it can greatly influence the possibility and severity of an accident. Made me think about what I'm doing to make sure my body's in optimum condition. Glad to see that you're doing that with the phys. therapy, salad, and support group.
That is such a beautiful picture! I can almost gather some serenity by looking at it.
Enjoy your stay in this moment...however long it lasts. :)
love that final sentence. have read it over and over.
Love that view! Worth every penny no matter what you are paying. Makes me feel more relaxed just looking at it.
Oh, that's beautiful.
Can I come live with you? I'll just stay in the room with that window, ok? No?
Damn.
What a view! Some things are just priceless.
