Family Portrait

When I showed this photo to my sister, her comment was "That's about the time we really started going downhill, wasn't it?"

Who's this "we" she's talking about!?

(Look how serious my dad was? He's the man who taught me how to laugh though you wouldn't know from this photo.)

I have really been enjoying these pictures from your childhood!
Your dad was a handsome man, even when he was serious!

I've certainly enjoyed your photographic trip down memory lane. I love looking at family photos, even if they aren't mine. And your Dad was a very handsome, if serious looking man.

hmm...I'm thinking that the iron hand hold is there to stop potential mischief ruining the photo ;). Fantastic family resource - I wonder how many digital ones taken today will be looked back on in a similar fashion? Or even kept!

I'm wondering when lining up the family against the car fell out of fashion...?

And there is your brother (Tom?) looking like he has no clue!! But I love his shirt. These are great pictures...:)
