This update is devoted to sharing the long list of endorsements for HR 4662. I know I speak for the entire lymphedema community in expressing my gratitude to the supporters listed below! If you know of an organization, treatment center, doctor, etc., who may be interested in endorsing the bill please put them in touch with me or send me their contact information. (I suggested Dominican's Katz Cancer Center and WomenCare both local agencies that I have worked with and have been supported by).
And as always, please continue to contact all US Representatives in your state, asking that they co-sponsor HR 4662.

WOW, talk about a small world. I just started reading your blog and have never commented. I see your blog today about Lymphedema, and I'm like I know about that, so I read on. My boss' wife has lymphedema, and I have helped her with a few projects so I have met several people also with lymphedema. I'm looking at your list of foundations and non-profits and there is hers, Lighthouse Lymphedema Network. Joan White is the director. How cool??
Anyhow, I really enjoy reading your blog.
Really glad to see the success you are having with this! Great to see you fighting the good fight and making a difference.
I'm going to print this up and take it to my doctor's office. And anywhere else I can think of.
And say "Hi" to Hannah for me, too. :-)
tweeeeeet this at me and Ill retweet!
Is that how Hannah says hi in the morning?? ;)
I confess that I didn't write this but received an update from Heather Ferguson et al and they have asked me to post so I post. Plus it's good to get the word out.
I altered the text a bit and highlighted the links.
I work so hard. ;-)
I didn't know I could get cancer b/c of lymphedema. I didn't know it could cause lymphoma. I'm connecting the pieces now. My uncle who has shown signs of lymphedema had lymphoma several years back. Thanks for the great info.
Hi Janell,
After reading Helen's blog today and her comments about your "significance", I bounced right over and see that you actually have 4 blogs of significance! I look forward to reading you and perusing your archive. Clearly there is quite a story here. Good to meet you!
